gemusetto is an anthology, anime inspired show that started as shorts I made with my interns Clara and Tynan in the summer of 2018. It then became a 4+ hour long April Fools special, as well as a second season redemption arc with a different format and art style.
I really enjoy the melodrama, fantastical puzzle-solving, and emotional heart this show can have.
FishCenter Live was a streaming show from about 2015-2020 that aired almost daily and incorporated games and callers as fish competed to be kings. I was a host and behind producing and coordinating a lot of video and image stuff involved in the show.
Tender Touches began as Dave Bonawits and I improvising with a phone caller named Bradley on our crossword show. When told by Mike Lazzo to animate it because he liked what he heard, Lauren Payne and I cobbled a pilot episode in about a month. So far there have been three mini-seasons of about five episodes.
Improvisational, layered dialogue recorded in a room with all the actors at once gives this show a conversational and natural feel. I call it mumblecore and then Dave yells at me that it’s not.
Daytime Fighting League was a Matt Harrigan created program I produced with him. We both hosted as fighters competed in dumb tasks. It was a blast, and I don’t even like violence in video games.
